BRUCE MCGRAW, Principal
Bruce McGraw is a business start-up specialist with extensive corporate and IT experience. He is 1-part executive, 1-part entrepreneur, 1-part program manager, and 1-part geek. He blends strategic and innovative thinking with technological expertise to help small busubess iwbers implement successful, long-term solutions.
Bruce has served as a VP, CTO and COO at organizations ranging from large to small. His greatest achievement is providing experienced consulting to help small business owners lay the groundwork for growth, execute efficiently, and elevate their long-term success and impact.
Bruce holds a M.S. in Technology Management from University College, University of Maryland and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. He completed post-graduate coursework at The Wharton School of Business and the University of North Texas.
Bruce is a certified CMMI Associate in both the Development and Services domains. He also holds both Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certifications.

KAREN MCGRAW, Sr. Consultant
Dr. Karen McGraw is a human performance and organizational improvement specialist. She applies her knowledge of how people think, learn, and work to help small business owners close performance gaps and achieve goals. Karen's greatest achievement is helping businesses develop the people, capabilities, and processes they need to innovate, execute efficiently, and excel in their market.
Karen has an Ed.D. and Masters (C&I/Psychology), from Texas Tech University, a B.S. from the University of Houston, and masters-level coursework from Texas A&M. Karen also served as an adjunct associate professor for the University of Maryland (Global Campus) and as an adjunct associate professor and AI researcher for the University of Texas, Arlington.
Karen holds the following professional certifications from ATD: Master Performance Consultant, Certified Instructional Designer, and Certified Online Facilitator. She is also qualified to administer the MBTI and the Golden Personality Type Profiler.
